Job summary

Nokhbat Segadty Trading Company is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the complete order and fulfillment cycle—from order receipt to final delivery. You will manage warehouse, WMS, and fulfillment partners, oversee marketplace operations, and coordinate stock for branches and seasonal exhibitions.

The role requires strong ownership, analytics, and cross‑functional leadership, with Arabic and English proficiency to drive efficient operations across the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years’ experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proven leadership of warehouse, fulfillment, and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with Warehouse Management Systems and marketplaces.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for cost and inventory control.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order fulfillment from receipt to delivery across Zid and marketplaces.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, and courier partnerships; ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate stock replenishment for branches and seasonal exhibitions.
• Supervise external manufacturing and document control.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
