Job summary

Nokhbat Segadty Trading Company is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the full order and fulfillment cycle—from Zid or marketplaces to packing, shipping and delivery. You will manage warehouse activities, inventory, and courier partnerships while enforcing the approved service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or related field.
• Experience leading warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce ops teams.
• Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using ClickUp or similar task-management and documentation platform.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including inventory variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and order-processing teams daily.
• Monitor order fulfillment across e-commerce, marketplaces, and branches.
• Maintain accurate order statuses across Zid, WMS, and courier systems.
• Coordinate stock replenishment for branches and seasonal exhibitions.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports from raw data.
• Ensure adherence to the Operations Manual and SLA agreements.
