Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist in Riyadh to manage day-to-day marketplace activities across Saudi platforms. You will create and optimize product listings, monitor performance, and coordinate inventory and fulfillment with ERP and 3PL partners.

English communication and strong attention to detail are essential. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing pricing and promotions, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–4 years of e-commerce marketplace experience.
• Experience with Amazon and/or Noon is strongly preferred.
• Prior exposure to Saudi Arabian e-commerce market is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations: listing, order management, inventory, fulfillment, returns and reverse logistics.
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces in KSA (Amazon Saudi Arabia, Noon, company website, and other Saudi platforms).
• Create and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, SKUs, and barcodes.
• Monitor listing quality and resolve suppressed or inactive listings; ensure accurate pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate online campaigns, discounts, and marketplace events; monitor competitor pricing and market activity.
• Track daily sales and marketplace performance; monitor stock availability and prevent overselling.
• Coordinate inventory between ERP, warehouse, 3PL and marketplaces; ensure real-time sync of online inventory.
• Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery; manage returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Collaborate with Customer Care for after-sales issues; support ERP and marketplace integrations and testing.
