Job summary

Nokhbat Segadty Trading Company is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the complete order and fulfillment cycle—from order receipt through Zid or a marketplace to final delivery to customers. You will manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) activities, oversee fulfillment and courier partners, and coordinate stock replenishment for branches and seasonal exhibitions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify root causes

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years in operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or similar fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce operations teams.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and order-processing teams.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to delivery across Zid and marketplaces.
• Manage inventory moves in the WMS and ensure accurate stock records across channels.
• Coordinate stock replenishment for branches and seasonal exhibitions and supervise external manufacturing.
• Monitor marketplace operations and ensure synchronization of inventory and product data across platforms.
• Develop and implement process improvements, root-cause analyses, and preventive actions.
