Nokhbat Segadty Trading Company is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the full order and fulfillment cycle—from receipt through delivery—across e-commerce, marketplaces, and branches. You will manage the WMS, coordinate with courier partners, supervise external manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement using the approved 182-page Operations Manual.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics teams.
• Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar task-management and documentation platforms.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to create reports from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and order-processing teams.
• Oversee marketplace operations and external manufacturing.
• Manage inventory through the WMS and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with couriers, branches, and partners to optimize on‑time delivery.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures from the Operations Manual.
