Job summary

Nokhbat Segadty Trading Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the full order and fulfillment cycle—from receipt to delivery. You will oversee warehouse, inventory, fulfillment partners, and marketplace operations with a focus on SLAs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum six years in operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, or retail operations.
Proven leadership managing warehouse, fulfillment, and courier partnerships.
Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System and ClickUp.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and order-processing teams.
Set daily operational priorities and assign responsibilities clearly.
Monitor employee productivity, order accuracy, and compliance with approved procedures.
Ensure every outgoing shipment is scanned and documented through the approved tracking sheet.
Coordinate with partners to optimise stock, returns, and order flows.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and report on KPIs.
