You will manage daily stock movements, coordinate with couriers, optimize inventory control, and implement data-driven improvements using WMS and ClickUp. Fluency in Arabic and English plus six years of related experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or similar.
• Proven leadership managing warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce ops teams.
• Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient in ClickUp or similar task-management platform.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for reporting.
• Ability to document, implement, and measure procedures.
• Experience coordinating with couriers, warehouses, and external partners.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and order-processing teams.
• Oversee daily operations across e-commerce fulfillment and marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate order processing, inventory movements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams for pick/pack/ship.
• Develop reports and dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Manage transfers between branches and seasonal exhibitions.
• Coordinate with couriers and partners to fulfill shipments.
• Drive process improvements and preventive actions.
