Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE professional to own the roadmap across sales, marketing, loyalty and service. You will define requirements, manage configurations and integrations, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven guest experiences.

Your role centers on platform customization, workflow design, and KPIs such as conversion and NPS. You should have 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 within airline or loyalty contexts, with hands‑on experience in

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience in airline, travel or loyalty driven industries.
Experience across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
Proven ability to define product roadmaps, write user stories and requirements, and work in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Own the Dynamics 365 CE roadmap for Riyadh Air and drive capabilities across sales, marketing, loyalty, and customer service.
Define product requirements, oversee configurations and integrations, and monitor KPIs (conversion, NPS, adoption).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions that enhance customer lifecycle value.
Drive platform configuration and customization, including workflows, Business Process Flows, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
