ALESAYI HOLDING in Jeddah seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, and support across FM and Manpower Services. You will drive system solutions across Finance, SCM, HR, and Operations, while managing integrations and reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in ERP with 5+ years leading Dynamics 365, strong project management, and a track record with complex, multi-module deployments in service industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or IS or related field required.
• 10+ years ERP experience with 5+ years leading Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations processes.
• Strong delivery, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and rollouts.
• Translate business needs into practical Dynamics solutions with Finance/HR/Procurement teams.
• Oversee integrations with HR/payroll, CAFM, attendance, and other apps.
• Manage vendors/partners, security, data quality, and change controls.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Dynamics 365.
