seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Project Lead to join the Shared Services – IT Department and guide Dynamics 365 implementation, integration, training and support for mid to large enterprises. You will lead multiple Dynamics 365 implementations, manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, training and support.
• Hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Project Operations, Sales and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project deliverables, including reports, documentation, test plans, training and deployment.
• Lead and coordinate Dynamics 365 implementation projects to ensure milestones are met.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, environments and objectives.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Document workflows and SOPs for Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
• Design, configure, implement and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems.
• Configure dashboards, forms, views, and reports per business needs.
• Develop and deliver Dynamics 365 training materials and sessions as needed.
• Provide technical and functional support to stakeholders and coordinate issues with partners and Microsoft.
• Develop alternative solutions to resolve business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams and demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
• Ensure high quality across implementation and support activities.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Project Lead to join our Shared Services – IT Department and support and lead Dynamics 365 implementation, integration, training, and technical support activities for medium to large enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience across multiple Dynamics 365 solutions, a proven track record of delivering multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, and experience leading project teams and working with key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of project deliverables, including status reports, documentation, test plans, training, implementation, and deployment.
• Lead and coordinate Dynamics 365 implementation projects and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical environments, and business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Document business workflows and SOPs and ensure their proper implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design, configure, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and custom reports based on business requirements.
• Develop and support Dynamics 365 training materials and deliver functional training when required.
• Provide technical and functional support to stakeholders and coordinate critical issues with relevant business partners and Microsoft.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, functional training, and technical support.
• Strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Project Operations, Sales, and Marketing/CRM.
• Proven experience delivering multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, preferably for medium to large enterprises.
• Previous experience as a Senior Consultant, Project Lead, or similar senior-level role, with demonstrated experience leading project teams or acting as a team leader.
• Current or recent experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Partner, Microsoft Solutions Partner, or reputable Dynamics 365 implementation/consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 firm, reputable audit firm, or established Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting/implementation organization is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama will be given priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, and MS SQL.
• Required to hold Microsoft certifications in at least two of the following:
• 1-Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• 2-Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and milestones.
