Apex Operations Company is hiring for ARK47 Studio in Riyadh. The role supports users via chat and email in Arabic and English, guides new users through setup, logs issues for the product team, and keeps help content current.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh with Saudi Labour Law compliance. The salary range is SAR 7,000–9,500 per month, including allowances, with health insurance and GOSI as required.

Qualifikationen

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Answer users’ questions about ARK47 Studio by chat and email, in Arabic and English.
• Guide new users through their first steps in the app, from sign-up to their first system.
• Log each issue with clear steps, and pass product problems to the product team.
• Keep the help answers up to date with the product team.
• Report every week: questions received, time to reply and open issues.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 1+ year in customer support or customer service. Graduates without this experience who have strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Patient and organised, and comfortable using apps on a phone and a laptop.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 7,000–9,500 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

1. We aim to reply to every application within 7 days.
2. A 30-minute video call about the role and ARK47 Studio, in which we hear your view of the app and your questions.
3. For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute support role-play using ARK47 Studio on a test account we provide.
4. Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
