Job summary

ARK47 Studio, a Saudi AI app by Apex Operations Company, seeks a sales-focused professional in Riyadh to run demos for business owners and kickstart their first system during demos.

You will follow up leads, close credit purchases, and nurture accounts for repeat business. Strong Arabic and English, software demo comfort, and organized follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management or customer success, ideally for software.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable demonstrating apps on a phone and a laptop, and explaining them simply.
• Organised follow-up: you keep every lead and account up to date.

Responsibilities

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Run online and in-person demos of ARK47 Studio for business owners who ask about it, and start a first version of their system with them during the demo.
• Follow up people who installed the app and help them finish their first system, so they can decide whether to buy credits.
• Sell credit packages, and keep your pipeline and notes up to date.
• Answer customer questions that come through the App Store and Google Play reviews and our support channels, and pass product issues to the product team.
• Look after your accounts after the sale: check in during their first month, help them add new systems, and handle repeat purchases.
• Report weekly: demos, trials, deals, repeat purchases.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management or customer success, ideally for software.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable demonstrating apps on a phone and a laptop, and explaining them simply.
• Organised follow-up: you keep every lead and account up to date.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 15,000–19,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Commission under a written commission plan provided with the offer.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

1. We aim to reply to every application within 7 days.
2. A 30-minute video call about the role and ARK47 Studio, in which we hear your view of the app and your questions.
3. For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute demo role-play using ARK47 Studio on a test account we provide.
4. Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
