Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. The role handles customer inquiries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp and email, ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience.

This hybrid position offers 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, with flexible part-time opportunities and a strong emphasis on bilingual Arabic and English communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Saudi nationals only; part-time flexible opportunities considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels (phone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email).
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm status (visited, surveyed, quoted, or sale).
• Escalate delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, while ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience.

Working Hours:4 hours per day, 6 days per week (split shifts)

Work Model:Hybrid (office and remote)

He/she will be responsible of the following:

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
• Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
