Job summary

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Counter Salesman to support workshop technicians and service advisors by issuing genuine spare parts. You will process internal requisitions, identify correct parts, and ensure timely delivery to workshop bays.

You will also record issuances in the parts management system, maintain traceability for warranty and billing, and coordinate with the stock control officer to address shortages and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Process internal parts requisitions from workshop staff and service advisors, ensuring correct MAN genuine parts are issued using electronic catalogs.
• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays and coordinate with warehouse to locate, pick and deliver parts with minimal technician wait time.
• Record all part issuances against job cards in the parts management system for cost allocation and traceability.
• Flag shortages to the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer and escalate emergency orders for critical parts.
• Daily reconciliation of issued parts against closed job cards; investigate discrepancies and process returns to stock.

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Counter Salesman for their workshop operations. This role involves supporting workshop technicians and service advisors by managing the issuance of genuine spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process internal parts requisitions from workshop technicians, service advisors, and team leaders, identifying issuing correct MAN genuine spare parts using electronic parts catalogues and job card references.
• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays, prioritizing urgent repair jobs and coordinating with the warehouse team to locate, pick, and deliver requested parts to minimize technician waiting time.
• Accurately record all internal parts issuances against job cards in the parts management system, ensuring cost allocation and maintaining traceability for warranty and billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer to flag parts shortages impacting active workshop jobs, escalating emergency order requirements for critical repair parts.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of parts issued against job cards closed, investigating discrepancies and process returns for unused parts back to stock in a timely manner.
