Job summary

Haji Hussein Alireza & Co., Ltd. seeks a Parts Controller to manage internal stock movements, ensure accurate issue of MAN genuine spare parts, and support workshop teams.

You will use electronic catalogs and job cards, record issuances for warranty and billing, and coordinate with the stock control officer to prevent shortages and expedite urgent orders. Daily reconciliation and returns processing keep stock traceable and costed, helping minimize technician downtime and maintain smooth workshop

Responsibilities

• Process internal parts requisitions from workshop personnel, identifying correct MAN spare parts via catalogs and job cards.
• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays, prioritizing urgent repairs and coordinating with the warehouse to locate, pick and deliver parts to minimize technician waiting time.
• Record all internal part issuances against job cards in the parts management system for cost allocation and traceability.
• Coordinate with the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer to flag shortages and escalate emergency orders for critical parts.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of issued parts against closed job cards, investigate discrepancies and process returns to stock.

• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays, prioritizing urgent repair jobs and coordinating with the wareh team
  to locate, pick, and deliver requested parts to minimize technician waiting time.
• Accurately record all internal parts issuances against job cards in the parts management system, ensuring co cost
  allocation and maintaining traceability for warranty and billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer to flag parts shortages impacting active workshop jo
  escalating emergency order requirements for critical repair parts.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of parts issued against job cards closed, investigating discrepancies and process returns
  for unused parts back to stock in a timely manner.
