Job summary

Apex Operations Company is hiring a contracts specialist to join our Riyadh office. You will draft and review commercial contracts, including partner, supplier and independent contractor agreements, ensuring compliance with Saudi law.

Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate, you will maintain a contract register with renewal and end dates, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure all signed documents are properly filed and updated. English and Arabic proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 3+ years drafting or reviewing commercial contracts, in-house or at a law firm; a degree in law is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Saudi contract and commercial law, including the Civil Transactions Law and the E-Commerce Law.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Draft the company’s contract templates, and review its commercial contracts, such as partner, supplier and independent contractor agreements.
• Review ARK47 Studio’s terms of use against how the app works, and prepare updates for review by outside legal counsel before they are published.
• Keep a register of all contracts with their renewal and end dates, and remind the people responsible in time.
• Help colleagues use the approved contract templates, and arrange outside legal advice for any legal question.
• Check that each contract is signed by an authorised person, and file the signed copy and every later amendment.

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 10,000-15,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select
