Job summary

Apex Operations Company is hiring an HR Recruiter to lead hiring for open roles in our Riyadh office. You will screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding in line with Saudi Labour Law.

You will maintain employee files, registrations (GOSI/Qiwa/Mudad), and assist managers with compliant job ads while reporting monthly HR metrics. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years in HR or recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa and Mudad.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Run hiring for open roles: screen applications, schedule interviews and keep applicants informed.
• Prepare offers, contracts and onboarding under the Saudi Labour Law.
• Keep employee files, GOSI registrations and Qiwa and Mudad records up to date.
• Help managers write accurate job ads that follow the job boards’ rules.
• Report every month on hiring and HR records.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years in HR or recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
• Working knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa and Mudad.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 9,000–13,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

3. For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute screening exercise using ARK47 Studio on a test account we provide.
