Job summary

ARK47 Studio, developed by Apexops, is a Saudi AI app that automates business processes from plain-language descriptions. We are a Riyadh-based team delivering solutions to the Kingdom and beyond, and this role is based at our Riyadh office.

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage ARK47 Studio releases across development, design and testing, run weekly progress meetings, flag risks early and keep plans current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years coordinating software or digital projects.
• Experience with a task-tracking tool (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ARK47 Studio release tasks across development, design and testing.
• Lead weekly progress meetings, capture decisions and follow up on actions.
• Flag risks and delays early and align new dates with involved teams.
• Maintain the task board and project documents up to date.
• Provide weekly progress reports on progress, risks and dates.

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Track the tasks of each ARK47 Studio release across development, design and testing, and keep the plan up to date.
• Run the weekly progress meeting, record decisions and follow up on each action.
• Flag risks and delays early, and agree new dates with the people involved.
• Keep the task board and project documents organised and current.
• Report every week on progress, risks and dates.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years coordinating software or digital projects.
• Experience with a task-tracking tool, for example Jira, Trello or Asana.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 8,000–11,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

3. For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute release-planning exercise about ARK47 Studio, using a test account we provide.
4. Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
