Job summary

Four Seasons Riyadh is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead a busy front-of-house team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth operation of the concierge desk.

The role requires at least 3 years of front office or related experience, fluency in English, and knowledge of Opera PMS. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and coordinate guest services around the clock.

Qualifications

• 3 years of front office or related work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
• Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
• Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral, is required.
• Open 24/7 operations require flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the concierge desk operations and staff.
• Interact with guests daily to provide information, recommendations and assistance.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation and tickets for activities.
• Ensure proper luggage handling and security of guest belongings.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to advise guests accurately.
