• Follow-up with forwarders to ensure on-time delivery to port.
• Obtain initial delivery documents from supplier or forwarder.
• Prepare and manage required shipping documents for Airfreight and Sea-freight.
• Maintain loading checklists and update policy changes with providers.
• Ensure data accuracy before communicating with providers.
• Coordinate with removal agents and store team.
