Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Commercial Director to join our dynamic organization in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, maximizing revenue growth, and ensuring long-term business success in this rapidly developing region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and penetrate new markets
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and key account management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and report on commercial performance to senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Drive innovation in commercial practices to stay ahead of market changes and customer demands
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in business software and analytics tools
- Deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations
- International business experience, preferably in the Middle East
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing high-value contracts
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
