As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, maximizing revenue growth, and ensuring long-term business success in this rapidly developing region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and penetrate new markets
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and key account management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and report on commercial performance to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
