You will provide accurate information on candidates, processes, contracts, and timelines, and guide customers through recruitment from inquiry to closure.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer service, strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple requests with professionalism and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information regarding available candidates, recruitment procedures, contracts, fees, and timelines.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable candidates based on their needs.
• Follow up with customers throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and communication between customers and candidates when required.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, follow-ups, and service status.
• Follow up on pending customer decisions, contracts, payments, and required documents.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer inquiries, bookings, contracts, and follow-ups.
