• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Thaw frozen items in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portion, presentation, and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity.
• Communicate needs during busy periods to staff.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety policies.
• Stand, walk, and lift objects as needed.
