Job summary

Think AI is seeking a senior channel manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem in the Riyadh region. You will recruit, onboard and enable resellers, integrators and consultancies, shaping how we reach accounts we can't touch directly.

You will craft the commercial framework, run joint pipeline, and advocate for the channel needs within product and marketing. Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage; six+ years in enterprise channel management preferred.

Qualifications

• Six years or more in channel or partner management in enterprise technology.
• Built a channel rather than inherited one.
• Comfort with partner economics and with negotiating them.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and enable partners across the region.
• Build the commercial framework: margin, deal registration, tiering and the rules of engagement.
• Create the enablement partners need: technical training, positioning and competitive material.
• Run joint pipeline with partners and hold them to it.
• Be the internal advocate for what the channel needs from product and marketing.
