Job summary

Egis Group in Riyadh seeks a skilled CAFM Engineer to join the PMO for urban planning initiatives. You will design and maintain CAFM systems, coordinate with PMO teams, and analyze spatial data to support infrastructure development.

Qualifications

Proven CAFM expertise and experience with CAFM platforms.
Strong background in urban planning and facility management principles.

Experience working in PMO environments and with project management methodologies.
Knowledge of technical documentation standards and reporting procedures.
Familiarity with Saudi building codes and municipal planning requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CAFM systems for urban planning and facility management operations.
Coordinate with PMO teams to integrate facility data into urban planning projects.
Analyze spatial data and generate reports for urban development initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation for CAFM processes and workflows.
Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to optimize facility use.
Monitor timelines and deliverables to meet urban planning standards.
