Job summary

Egis is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Facility Management Inspector for its Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role combines facility management inspections, project oversight, and urban planning coordination to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility management inspection or auditing (minimum 5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with PMO functions and project oversight.
• Familiarity with urban planning regulations and development standards.
• Proficiency with CAD or BIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to evaluate compliance with codes, safety, and urban planning requirements.
• Develop inspection protocols and checklists to standardize evaluations across sites.
• Analyze findings and prepare reports with deficiencies, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and authorities to ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and verify timely completion of corrective actions.
• Maintain organized documentation of inspection records and regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with the PMO to align facility deliverables with project timelines.
• Stay current with SBC and local regulations in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
