Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a detail-oriented CAFM Operator to join our Riyadh team. You will manage our CAFM system to ensure efficient facility operations, accurate data, and optimal space utilization across the organization.

You will input and maintain space and asset data, generate reports, process work orders, and support system upgrades. Strong CAFM software experience and data analysis skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CAFM software systems such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus or FM:Systems.
• Strong background in facility management operations and principles.
• Proficiency in data entry, database management, and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with work order management and maintenance scheduling systems.
• Knowledge of space planning, asset management, and occupancy tracking processes.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication with various departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CAFM software systems to support daily facility management.
• Input, update, and manage facility data including space allocations and assets.
• Generate reports and analytics on space utilization and maintenance activities.
• Process and track work orders, maintenance requests, and service tickets.
• Coordinate space planning activities and maintain floor plans and inventories.
• Monitor asset registers, locations, specifications, and maintenance schedules.
• Support facility management with data analysis and system troubleshooting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CAFM modules and databases.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new CAFM features.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on CAFM functionality.
• Maintain compliance with facility management standards and best practices.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
