Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, incl. 3+ years in facility management or urban infrastructure
• Experience in PMO environments or similar governance structures
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, facility operations, and infrastructure project delivery
• Proven budget management, cost control, and financial analysis abilities
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools
• Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships in construction/facility settings
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulations and local compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for facility management zones, including scope, timeline, and resources
• Coordinate with urban planners, contractors, facility operators, and government agencies
• Monitor progress against KPIs and timelines; identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost control
• Prepare detailed project reports and performance metrics for senior management
• Oversee contract management and vendor relationships to ensure SLA compliance
• Analyze facility data and optimize zone planning and resources
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and organizational policies
• Lead and mentor project team members and foster cross-department collaboration
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
