Job summary

An insurance brokerage firm in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Branch Manager responsible for leading branch operations and sales teams. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8–12 years of experience, including managerial roles. Proficiency in English and knowledge of SAMA regulations are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial or branch leadership role.
  • Proven experience in insurance brokerage is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and profitability.
