Job summary

ESOL Global is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to deliver multi-site IT support across Riyadh, Jeddah and Jazan on a 3-year contract.

You will manage Windows installations, hardware maintenance, network configuration, printer troubleshooting and domain joining, communicating fluently in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT technical support or related hands-on experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Windows installations/upgrades and 32/64-bit environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and software support to end-users across multi-site locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install operating system updates, patches, and software upgrades.
• Configure devices and network settings (IP, printers) across sites.
• Perform Windows installation, upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting (32/64-bit).
• Execute domain joining, user account administration, and password resets.
• Manage antivirus and malware removal; run system diagnostics.
• Communicate in Arabic and English with internal teams and stakeholders.
