Job summary

Al Thakeb is seeking an IT Support Professional in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to deliver top-tier desktop and end-user support. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage Microsoft 365 configurations, and maintain secure, well-documented IT operations for regional teams.

Candidates should have 1+ year of IT experience, a relevant degree, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and the ability to work on-site in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or a related technical field.
• 1+ year of professional IT support/operations experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia with residency in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive desktop support and IT operational assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues and triage helpdesk tickets.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain documentation of problems, solutions, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve IT incidents efficiently.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, patching, and standard endpoint security.
