Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Limited in Riyadh region seeks a professional to manage IT maintenance and support across the customer base in KSA. This role involves daily coordination with the France team, ensuring IT activities, hardware replacements, and a close link with production, engineering, and security teams.

The position requires strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and security tooling, with English and Arabic fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Master degree in computer science is required.
• Proven experience in maintenance and support programs.
• Strong communication in a multicultural environment.
• Hands-on with AD/DNS/DFS, GPO, and Windows/Linux OS.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud tech (Nutanix, Kubernetes, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT systems for the customer in KSA.
• Coordinate with France teams for IT activities and hardware replacements.
• Support production in GEOINT/IMINT, and liaise with engineering in France.
• Participate in IT training activities and deployment.
• Develop KPIs and contribute to ongoing improvements and reporting.
