Job summary

SHIFT INC in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our corporate IT team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will own Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support, help maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and ensure uptime across the network and devices.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher, 2–4 years of IT experience, strong hardware, networking, and security knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of progressive IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and endpoint security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for corporate end-users on-site in Jeddah.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and LAN connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop devices, printers, IP phones, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and user accounts.
• Monitor core network devices and manage VPN connectivity and data backup procedures.
• Handle IT incidents and service requests per SLAs and metrics.
• Support Telematics/IoT systems and ensure IT security compliance.
