Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking an IT Project Co-ordinator for a banking client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating IT projects, maintaining governance, and delivering reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of IT project coordination experience within banking or financial services, with strong stakeholder management and familiarity with PMO frameworks. On-site role in Riyadh with potential for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management Support.
Previous experience in banking or financial services is mandatory.
Familiarity with PMO frameworks, project governance, and methodologies.
Experience in preparing project reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management presentations.
Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel.
Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up on deliverables across teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate IT projects for a Banking client in Riyadh, ensuring alignment with governance.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management presentations.
Support PMO processes and follow project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Engage stakeholders across multiple teams and manage deliverables.
