Job summary

ADDAR GROUP in Riyadh seeks an IT Project Co-ordinator for a banking client. The role requires 3–6 years in IT project coordination within banking or financial services, with strong PMO fundamentals, governance, and reporting experience.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, prepare dashboards and RAID logs, and present to stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel is expected, with Agile/Waterfall knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–6 years IT project coordination or PMO experience.
• Experience in banking/financial services domain.
• Familiar with PMO frameworks, governance, and methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 or similar certification advantageous.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects for a banking client in Riyadh.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management presentations.
• Maintain project plans and governance artifacts for multiple initiatives.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables on time.
