Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of IT Project Coordination, PMO, or PM Support.
• Banking domain experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance, and methodologies.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and presentations.
• Familiar with MS Project, Jira, Confluence and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management.
• PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
• Exposure to banking IT projects, digital banking, payment systems or regulatory initiatives.
