Job summary

ADDAR GROUP in Riyadh is seeking an IT Project Co-ordinator to support banking client initiatives. You will coordinate complex IT projects, develop governance artifacts, and prepare dashboards and management presentations for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 3–6 years in IT project coordination within banking/financial services and proficiency with PMO frameworks, Jira/Confluence, and MS Project. On-site Riyadh-based position with collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of IT project coordination, PMO, or project management support.
• Banking or financial services domain experience mandatory.
• Proficient in PMO frameworks, governance, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects for banking client in Riyadh.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and presentations.
• Maintain governance artifacts and manage cross-team deliverables.
• Support PMO processes and ensure on-time delivery.
