Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking an IT Project Co-ordinator to support a major banking client in Riyadh. The role requires a solid background in IT project coordination within the banking sector, with strong PMO exposure and proven ability to manage multiple deliveries.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive presentations while coordinating with stakeholders across teams. Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence and Excel is essential; PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certifications are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–6 years in IT Project Coordination, PMO or Project Management Support.
• Banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance and methodologies.
• Experience with project reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management presentations.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Confluence and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Exposure to banking IT projects, digital banking, core banking, payments, or regulatory initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
