Job summary

ADDAR GROUP in Riyadh seeks an IT Project Co-ordinator with banking domain experience. You will support PMO functions, coordinate multiple IT projects, and prepare reports and governance materials for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 3–6 years’ IT project coordination experience and proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel. Banking programs and regulatory initiatives are common contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years IT Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management Support.
• Banking/financial services domain experience mandatory.
• Understanding of PMO frameworks, governance, and methodologies.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management presentations.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Confluence and MS Excel.
• PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 or other PM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects for a banking client in Riyadh.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, RAID logs and management presentations.
• Maintain project plans and governance documentation across teams.
