Job summary

ADDAR GROUP in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an IT Project Co-ordinator for a banking client. The role requires 3–6 years of IT project coordination experience and a Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BA, or related field.

You will support PMO processes, prepare project reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and presentations, and coordinate multiple teams while ensuring governance and on-time delivery. Banking domain experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA or related field.
• 3–6 years of IT project coordination, PMO, or project management support.
• Banking or financial services domain experience required.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance and project management methodologies.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, RAID logs and presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up on deliverables across teams.
