Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Chef de Partie - Bakery to oversee the daily bakery operations, guaranteeing the consistent production of breads, pastries, desserts, and baked goods in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.

You will support the Chef de Cuisine in maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety, manage inventory, develop the team, and ensure guest satisfaction while coordinating with other kitchen sections and assisting for events.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate all corporate and hotel policies to colleagues.
• Hold monthly meetings with all colleagues to share departmental and hotel information.
• Safeguard stored information and confidential data about guests, customers or colleagues.
• Take full responsibility for the food quality & presentation of the bakery kitchen.
• Supervise the bakery section and cooperate with other kitchen sections.
• Ensure compliance with quality, stock management and techniques.
