Job summary

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery to support bakery operations and ensure the production of high-quality breads, viennoiseries, and baked goods for our guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bakery experience in a hotel or upscale setting, strong knowledge of artisan breads, and familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP. You will work with the Bakery Chef to maintain quality and assist in training junior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a bakery operation within a hotel or upscale bakery.
• Strong knowledge of artisan breads and bakery production.
• Familiarity with food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of breads, rolls, croissants, Danish pastries, and other bakery items.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist in daily bakery production planning.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and minimize product waste.
• Support the Bakery Chef in achieving operational goals.
• Assist in training junior team members when required.
