Novotel Medina is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie Bakery to join our culinary team. You will prepare and produce a variety of breads, rolls and pastries to high standards, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, quality and presentation.

You will follow approved recipes, maintain HACCP and hygiene standards, operate bakery equipment safely, and assist with buffets, banquets and events. Hotel experience, particularly in Middle East, and bakery certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Bakery Chef in a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or large-scale operation.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques and pastry methods.
• Knowledge of fermentation, proofing, baking temperatures, and proper production methods.
• Food safety, HACCP, hygiene and sanitation knowledge.
• Hotel experience, particularly in Makkah, will be considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and produce breads, rolls, pastries according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality, portioning and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic workstation and follow HACCP guidelines.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
• Assist with buffet setups, banquets, events and special functions when required.
• Train and support junior kitchen team members when required.
