Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to lead the main pastry production kitchens, including Banquet, In-Room Dining, Mosaic, and Mandarin Cake Shop, in line with luxury F&B standards.

Based in Riyadh, you will work under the Executive Pastry Chef, oversee operations and admin tasks, manage costings, menu planning, and collaborate with outlets to maximise guest satisfaction; continuous learning and MOstay benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development activities.
• On the job trainers and trainings.
• Group Training Technique trainers and trainings.
• Update and maintain a Training Matrix for your department.
• Update and maintain Job Description and Job Specification Matrix for your department.
• Hold monthly meetings with all colleagues to voice concerns and share information.
• Carry out any additional duties requested by management, related to hotel operational activities.
• Follow the principle of the 5Ps during all activities.
