Job summary

NEARMOTION, based in Riyadh, seeks a Technology Sales Associate to identify prospective clients, present our smart-building platform, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You will conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to address client needs.

You will manage a pipeline, nurture key relationships, and provide market feedback to help refine offerings.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills including prospecting, negotiation, and account management.
• Technical understanding of software platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital wayfinding and location-based technologies.
• Communication and presentation skills for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational and analytical skills for managing pipelines, using CRM tools, and interpreting sales data.
• Experience in B2B technology or smart building solutions, preferably within government or enterprise sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language.
• Willingness to meet clients on-site, attend industry events, and travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
