Job summary

Idsccc is hiring a B2B IT Field Sales Representative in Riyadh to visit companies and present ERP, CRM, HR, CMMS, and other digital solutions.

You will assess client needs, conduct demonstrations, prepare proposals, and drive deals through to closure, building a robust pipeline and maintaining CRM records.

The role requires strong communication, Arabic/English, and a proactive, target-driven attitude with own laptop and transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software or IT sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with senior managers and business owners.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies across Riyadh and conduct 2–4 qualified meetings per day.
• Demonstrate solutions and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotations.
• Follow up and negotiate to close deals.
• Record all activities in the CRM and report weekly.
