Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in IT or tech sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop strategic account plans to grow revenue.
• Coordinate product demos, workshops, and PoC sessions with prospects.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts per policy.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Represent Cyborg at industry events across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts.
