Job summary

Idsccc in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an ambitious B2B IT Field Sales Representative to visit companies across the city, understand client challenges, generate qualified opportunities, and push deals to closure.

You will present ERP, HR, CRM, CMMS, and other digital solutions, build a strong client network, conduct field visits, and manage proposals through to signing. Fluency in English and professional Arabic communication are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, software sales, IT sales, ERP sales, or business solutions is preferred.
• Good understanding of business operations and company departments.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior managers and business owners.
• Ability to understand client challenges and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Professional Arabic communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and organize daily field visits.
• Strong follow-up skills and commitment to achieving targets.
• Must have a laptop and smartphone suitable for work.
• A valid driving licence and access to transportation are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies and businesses across the assigned city and generate qualified leads.
• Understand client needs and perform initial digital maturity and business needs assessments.
• Schedule online or on-site system demonstrations and present customized proposals.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotations; follow up after meetings.
• Record every visit, call, meeting, and deal in the CRM and report progress.
• Coordinate handover of new clients to implementation and customer success teams.
