Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, budgeting and policies.
• Enhance guest experiences by monitoring service quality, addressing feedback, and implementing dining improvements.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and support training initiatives.
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and up-selling to boost food and beverage sales.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to safeguard guests and staff.
