The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in sales, including 2 years guiding teams. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with strong leadership and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
• Identify target markets and potential customers to expand the customer base.
• Prepare regular reports on area performance including sales opportunities and challenges.
• Develop relationships with key customers and ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Train and develop team members skills in alignment with the company s objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales , including at least 2 years managing sales teams .
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English , both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
